	Cata is a small village situated at the foot of the Amatola Mountain range which has been identified as an IBA. Recently efforts have been made to develop tourism in the village and a number of amenities exist for the tourist or day visitor. An overnight stop is recommended to fully enjoy the village and make the most of the early morning forest birding on offer.
